We want you to shop with confidence on DEJOIY. This page explains our returns and refunds policy for physical products.
Eligible physical products can be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
Contact us through the Support page or email support-care@dejoiy.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and share the return instructions and pickup details.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. You will receive an email when the refund has been processed.
The following are not eligible for return: digital products and downloads, services, gift cards, and custom/personalised items that were made to your specifications. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will promptly arrange a replacement or a full refund including any delivery charges.
