Prohibited items
These items can never be listed or sold on dejoiy:
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, and their parts and replicas.
- Narcotics, psychotropic substances and drug paraphernalia.
- Prescription medicines, except through a licensed pharmacy partner under law.
- Counterfeit, replica, pirated or unauthorised branded goods.
- Stolen goods and items without proof of lawful ownership.
- Hazardous, flammable, toxic or radioactive materials.
- Wildlife and animal products banned under the Wild Life (Protection) Act, including ivory and fur of protected species.
- Adult and sexually explicit content, and anything that sexualises minors.
- Hate symbols and content that promotes violence, terrorism or discrimination.
- Tobacco, e-cigarettes, vapes and alcohol.
- Government IDs, official uniforms, badges, seals and documents.
- Lottery tickets, gambling services, cryptocurrency and financial instruments.
- Personal data, accounts, hacking tools, spyware and services to bypass security.
- Human remains, organs and body parts.
- Items that are banned or recalled in India.

Use Report this listing on the product page, or write to support-care@dejoiy.com with the link and the reason. We review reports and act quickly. Reports about intellectual property follow our Intellectual property and counterfeits policy.
Enforcement
We remove listings that break this policy and may suspend the seller, hold payouts linked to the listing and report illegal activity to the authorities.
Questions people ask
Can I sell homemade food?
Only with a valid FSSAI registration and proper labels, after category approval.
Can I sell a replica of a famous brand?
No. Replicas and lookalikes that use another brand's marks are counterfeit and not allowed.
