- Ranking uses relevance, price, delivery speed, ratings and seller performance. Sponsored is labelled.
Who can review
Anyone with a dejoiy account who has bought the product, or used the service, can review it. Reviews from buyers who bought on dejoiy are marked Verified purchase.
Writing a good review
- Talk about the product: quality, fit, how it works, value.
- Add photos or videos of the item you received.
- Keep it honest and in your own words.
- Do not include phone numbers, addresses, links, or other people's personal details.
What is not allowed
- Reviews written or paid for by the seller, its staff, family, or competitors.
- Reviews in exchange for free products, discounts, refunds or gifts, unless clearly disclosed as such.
- Abusive, hateful, sexual, discriminatory or illegal content.
- Spam, advertising or links.
- Reviews about delivery, price or the seller only, which belong in seller feedback.
How we moderate
We follow the principles of the Indian Standard for online consumer reviews, IS 19000:2022. Reviews are checked automatically and by people. We publish negative reviews like positive ones and never remove a review only because it is critical. We may remove reviews that break this policy and take action against accounts that post fake reviews. Sellers can respond publicly to reviews, but cannot edit or remove them.
Ratings
The star rating shown is the average of published ratings for that product, and the number of ratings is shown next to it.
How products are ranked
Search results and recommendations are ranked by relevance to your search, price, delivery speed, ratings and reviews, and seller performance. Sponsored listings appear with a Sponsored label.
Questions people ask
Why was my review removed?
It probably broke this policy, for example by including personal details, links or content not about the product. You can write a new review that follows the rules.
Can a seller remove a bad review?
No. Sellers can reply publicly but cannot edit or remove reviews.
