Offers, coupons and gift cards

Types of offers

• Price deals: discounted prices shown on the product, for a limited time or stock.
• Coupons: codes or one-tap coupons applied at checkout.
• Bank and payment offers: instant discounts or cashback from a bank or payment partner, under their terms.
• Gift cards: prepaid value to spend on dejoiy, if offered.

General rules

• One coupon per order unless the coupon says otherwise.
• Coupons and gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred unless stated.
• Offers may be limited per account, device, phone number or payment method.
• We may withdraw an offer if it is misused, for example by creating multiple accounts.

Bank offers and cashback

Bank offers are run by the bank or payment partner. Cashback, if any, is credited by them within the time stated in the offer. If you cancel or return, the bank may reverse the cashback or reduce your refund by the instant discount.

Returns and cancellations with offers

Refunds reflect the discount actually applied to the returned items. If returning an item means the rest of the order no longer meets the offer conditions, the return screen shows the adjusted refund before you confirm. If you cancel or return a full order within the coupon's validity, the coupon may be restored.

Gift cards

Where offered, gift cards can be used for eligible purchases on dejoiy until the expiry date shown, which is at least one year from issue. Gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold or exchanged for cash, except where the law requires.
