What you get when you buy

When you buy an ebook or course, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read or watch it in the Nexus Reader on your devices, for as long as it stays available on Nexus. You do not buy the copyright. Printed books are physical products and follow the marketplace policies.

What you may not do

• Copy, print beyond any allowed limit, share, resell, lend or publicly perform the content.
• Remove or bypass protection or watermarks.
• Share your account to give others access.

Refunds for digital items

Request from Your orders. Once refunded, the title is removed from your library.

Nexus Pass

• Nexus Pass gives access to titles marked as included, while your pass is active.
• Auto-renewal runs only if you agree to it. We remind you before each renewal, as RBI e-mandate rules require.
• Cancel any time from Your account. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Titles included in the pass can change; titles you bought separately stay yours.

Reading data

We store your library, reading position, highlights and bookmarks to sync them across devices. You can delete highlights and bookmarks at any time. See our Privacy notice.

Authors and publishers

Creators keep the copyright in their work and give dejoiy a non-exclusive licence to distribute, display and promote it on Nexus. Creators confirm they own the rights or have permission and that the work does not break any law or our policies. Royalties, prices and payouts are shown in the creator dashboard. We remove pirated or infringing works and may suspend the account.
