How custom orders work

1. Choose a product and create your design, or pick one from the gallery.
2. Check the preview carefully: spelling, images, placement and size.
3. Pay and confirm. Production starts within 1 working day.
4. Production time is shown on the product page, then the item ships by Standard delivery.

Print quality

• We print at the quality of the file you upload. Low-resolution images may look blurry; the editor warns you before you order.
• Colours on screen can differ slightly from print.
• Placement can vary by up to 1 cm from the preview.

Misprints and damage

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or clearly different from your approved preview, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We reprint it free or refund you in full. Spelling or design mistakes that were in the approved preview are not misprints.

Cancellations and returns

You can cancel free until production starts. After that, because the item is made only for you, change-of-mind cancellations and returns are not possible.

Your designs and our gallery

You keep ownership of designs you upload and give dejoiy a licence to print them for your order and show them to you. We do not sell your uploaded designs to others. Gallery designs are licensed for personal use on the products you buy. We may refuse designs that infringe others' rights or contain hate, violence, adult or illegal content.

Bulk and corporate orders

Bulk and corporate orders are confirmed with a written quote setting out quantities, proofs, timelines and payment terms. That quote applies where it differs from this page.
