Every Renew device passes a functional check of screen and touch, cameras, speakers and microphones, buttons, charging port, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, mobile network, sensors and battery. Devices are wiped with certified data erasure and reset to factory settings before sale.

Grades describe looks, not performance. Every grade works like new.
The device and a compatible charging cable. Original boxes, earphones and adapters are included only if the listing says so.
Certified Renew devices have a 6-month warranty from delivery against hardware and functional faults. If a covered fault occurs, we repair the device, replace it with an equal or better one, or refund you. Batteries are covered if health drops below 80% during the warranty.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, cracked screens after delivery, misuse, unauthorised repair or software you install. To claim, raise a request from Your orders; we pick up the device and aim to resolve within 10 working days.
You can return a Renew device for any reason within 7 days of delivery, in the same condition with all accessories, signed out of every account with locks removed.
Back up and erase your data before returning a device. We wipe every returned device, but cannot be responsible for data left on it.
It works like new and passes the same checks. The grade tells you how it looks.
Not if the crack happened after delivery. Report any damage on arrival within 48 hours.
